Ingredients:

  • Potato - 7 pcs;

  • Fresh cucumber - 2 pcs;

  • Green peas - 400 g;

  • Carrots - 1 pc;

  • Beef - 600 g;

  • Egg - 3 pcs;

  • Red onion - 1 pc;

  • Dill;

  • Parsley;

  • Mayonnaise;

  • Salt.

Cooking:

  1. Prepare the products. Rinse the beef under cold water. Cook over high heat until cooked. Separate the finished meat from the bone and cut into small pieces.

  2. Boil the potatoes. Cool, peel and cut into small cubes.

  3. Cook the carrots, remove the peel, chop into pieces. It is recommended to use sweet carrots - it diversifies the combination of tastes, gives an interesting note and will bring undoubted benefit.

  4. Boil chicken eggs, peel and cut into cubes.

  5. Wash and chop fresh cucumbers.

  6. Peel the red onions and rinse under a stream of ice water so that it does not "cut your eyes." Dice finely. If desired, you can marinate it in wine vinegar for 15 minutes. Then it will be more crispy.

  7. Separate canned peas from water. Finely chop the fresh herbs.

  8. Put peas, cucumbers, greens, eggs, carrots, potatoes, onions in a deep bowl. Add the boiled beef. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, salt, season with mayonnaise.

Garnish with fresh herbs on top and serve.
