After the rice and eggs are cooked, pour the rice into a colander and rinse under running water. After washing the rice, add a piece of butter to it, mix and leave to cool. Pour the eggs in a bowl with cold water, this is necessary so that they cool faster. While our rice and eggs get cold, we will prepare other ingredients.

Cut fresh cucumbers into small cubes.

We take open the jar with cod liver. We spread the liver on a cutting board and knead it with a fork.

We take out the eggs from the water and also, by the same principle as the liver, we think with a fork.

All this, cucumbers and cod liver, set aside.

We begin to build our masterpiece.

First you need to take a round wide shallow dish, after which we lay out our products on it, one by one, layer by layer. At the same time, we form in the center a circle of a certain layer, retreating from the edges about 2-3 cm.

1st layer: cooled rice, coat with mayonnaise;

2nd layer: chopped fresh cucumbers;

3rd layer: cod liver, coat with mayonnaise;

4th: layer: eggs, coat with mayonnaise.

Now the turn has come to the decoration.

On top of the salad, spread evenly around the entire perimeter of corn or chopped olives.

Sprinkle the sides of the salad with the remaining egg.

We take mayonnaise and make corn on top, something like a cell, as shown in the figure.

Cut the greens.

Finish our composition.

Sprinkle with greenery the edges, above in a circle.

We take the chips and put them around the salad in the remaining place on the dish.

Useful advice

Mayonnaise is better to take 65-% fat, then the salad will not flow.

Chips are better to take Pringles and lay them out actually before serving.
