You will need

  • shrimp - 500 g

  • potatoes - 1 pc.,

  • boiled carrots - 1 pc.,

  • avacado - 0.5 pcs.,

  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.,

  • gelatin - 2 tsp,

  • drinking water - 0.5 tbsp.,

  • mayonnaise - 150 g

  • sour cream - 100 g,

  • greens - a bunch,

  • lemon - 1 pc.,

  • peppercorns - 7-8 pcs.,

  • bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.,

Boil shrimps in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. In the water with shrimp, also dip the bay leaf, peppercorns. After taking out the shrimp, cool and clean.

Pour gelatin with cold boiled water, mix, leave for 20-30 minutes to swell. Dissolve the finished gelatin in a water bath or using a microwave. Cool a bit.

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in equal amounts. Add gelatin to the mixture, mix.

Cover the salad bowl with cling film, the ends should hang down. Put peeled shrimp on the bottom of the salad bowl, grease the top with a gelatin mixture.

Wash the eggs and boil hard boiled. Cool, peel, grate. Put them in a second layer in a salad bowl. Add salt and a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Cut the avocado pulp into cubes, pour the lemon juice, put the next layer in the salad. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Peel and chop the carrots, grease with mayonnaise, distribute, put in a salad bowl.

Put the boiled potatoes in a fifth layer, grate it. Add salt, apply a layer of mayonnaise.

Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. During this time, it will be saturated, the gelatin will harden.

After removing the salad bowl from the refrigerator, turn it over onto a beautiful dish, carefully remove the film. Garnish the salad on the dish with lemon slices and herbs.

You can replace peppers with peas and bay leaves with seasoning for seafood. And sour cream - yogurt.
