This is a pretty tasty salad made from the liver. It is very gentle and will appeal to all households, even those who do not really like the liver.

You will need
- - 500 g of the liver;
- - 4 small carrots;
- - 4-5 bulbs;
- - 4 eggs;
- - green peas a small jar;
- - 300 g of mayonnaise;
- - vegetable oil.

Boil the liver in salted water until tender. Also boil eggs and carrots.

Chop onion finely and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Take a deep bowl and lay the salad in layers. Each layer should be well smeared with mayonnaise.

Layers: half of the liver grated, grated carrots, chopped proteins, onions, green peas and the remaining half of the liver. Spread mayonnaise abundantly on top and sprinkle with yolks.
Useful advice
Do not leave the salad the next day, the yolks can dry out and the taste is lost. It’s better to take the liver chicken, it is more tender.
