When regular salads with mayonnaise get bored, you can diversify the usual menu with a light and hearty salad with canned tuna. This dish is perfect as a healthy dinner, because the quail eggs, which are part of this salad, contain many vitamins and minerals.

You will need
- - 6 quail eggs;
- - 1 can of canned tuna;
- - 100 g of olives;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of canned corn;
- - a bunch of green onions.
- For refueling:
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 teaspoon of mustard;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - ½ teaspoon of honey;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.

Prepare a dressing so that it is infused for a while. To do this, mix vegetable oil, mustard, lemon juice and honey in a separate container until a homogeneous consistency. Add salt and black pepper to your taste.

Hard-boiled quail eggs, peel and cut lengthwise into two equal halves. Put pieces of canned tuna in a deep salad bowl, add eggs, olives and corn to it.

Pour all the ingredients over the cooked dressing and sprinkle with plenty of green onions. Serve without stirring.
