  • - loaf 100 g

  • - bacon 200 g

  • - Parmesan cheese 100 g

  • - cherry tomatoes 15-20 pcs.

  • - garlic 2 cloves

  • - vegetable oil 50 ml

  • - juice of half a lemon

  • - dried herbs 1 tbsp. a spoon

  • - lettuce

  • - salt and pepper

To get started, prepare a flavorful dressing for crackers. To do this, in a bowl you need to mix the juice of half a lemon and vegetable oil. Add garlic, passed through the press, dried herbs, as well as salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the loaf into small cubes (1x1 cm will be enough), put in a small baking dish, pour with the prepared dressing, mix and send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake crackers until golden brown. This will take about 20-25 minutes.

Cut the bacon into small strips and fry in a pan. Oil should not be added, as during cooking, bacon will release a large amount of fat.

Parmesan can be grated, or cut with a knife into thin and small plates.

Wash and cut the cherry into 4 parts. If the tomatoes are small, then it will be enough to cut them into two parts.

Rinse and dry lettuce leaves with napkins or towels. Large greens to pick.

Add all other ingredients to the leaves, including already baked crackers. Mix everything, add salt if necessary and can be served. You can not fill the salad at all or add a little vegetable oil and sprinkle with lemon juice.
