Salad with chicken and prunes "Tenderness" fully lives up to its name. This dish is prepared very quickly, and when it is made, the housewives can show a little imagination. Salad can be served in separate wide glasses, distributing products in layers, or mix in one salad bowl.

- - 100 g of walnuts
- - mayonnaise

- - 2 small fresh cucumbers
- - 100 g of prunes
- - 150 g of hard cheese
- - 4 eggs
- - 150 g pickled champignons

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until cooked or fry in vegetable oil, previously chopping the meat into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Grate walnuts or chop with a knife.

Boil and chop eggs. Pour prune with boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Then cut each fruit into small cubes or strips. Chop cucumbers into thin strips. If desired, you can replace the cucumbers with pickled champignons.

Lay in the salad bowl in layers - chicken, prunes, walnuts, mayonnaise, cucumbers and eggs. Smear the top layer with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.

In order to make the salad more tender, you can coat each layer with mayonnaise. The main thing in this case is not to overdo it with this ingredient. Otherwise, the taste of other products cannot be appreciated.

Pouring boiling water over prunes is not necessary. Please note that this procedure makes its texture softer. However, slightly harsh prunes can give the dish additional originality.
Useful advice
If desired, you can replace mayonnaise with natural yogurt. The taste of the salad will change significantly.
