So, if all the ingredients for the salad are available, then you can start cooking snacks. Immerse the eggs in a pan with cold water, put on the stove. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove the shell from them, separate the squirrels from the yolks.

Now cut the crab sticks into small pieces. They must be previously thawed and peeled.

Rinse apples under running water. Dry with a towel, peel, remove core and other inedible parts. Grate the prepared fruit on a fine grater. You get a sort of gruel, which you need to sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon.

The first layer of appetizer is crab sticks. On top they are flavored not very greasy with mayonnaise. The second layer is scalded onions and crushed proteins on it, mayonnaise on top. The third layer is apples, on them egg yolks and a little mayonnaise. Now take a piece of frozen butter and grate it on a coarse grater. Oil will be the fourth layer - lie on top of the smeared yolks. Sprinkle everything on top with cheese.

Now you need to put the salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. The ideal option is to let the snack soak all night. From this, it will only become tastier.
