You will need
- beets - 2 pcs.,
- brown and wild rice - 50 g,
- onions for salad - 1 pc.,
- fresh dill - 4 branches,
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.,
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.,
- lemon juice - 1 tsp,
- salt, pepper, sugar - a pinch.

Pre-bake beets in foil, or cook in the microwave. Cool, peel, cut into cubes.

Rinse well, boil in salted water until tender.

Free the onion from the husk, cut into thin half rings. Finely chop the greens.

Prepare a salad dressing. To do this, mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, a pinch of sugar, pepper and salt. At the dressing, lower the chopped onion rings, leave them there for 5 minutes, then remove.

Combine beets, rice, greens in one container. Add onions, mix. Pour salad dressing, let it brew for 10 minutes. Rice and beetroot salad is ready.

Olive oil can be replaced with any vegetable.
