First, boil the millet, sort out the cereals, rinse under hot water, drop it into a colander.

Pour millet into boiling water, salt a little, cook for 10-15 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.

Throw the finished millet into a colander, rinse with hot water, cool.

Dice the pulp of orange, tomatoes, chop the leaves of parsley.

Pour millet with orange juice, oil, add orange, greens, pepper, salt to taste, mix.
