So, first we’ll deal with, so to speak, mussels. First we defrost them, wash them very carefully, then send them to boil in boiling water for about 3 minutes. After they are welded, put them in a colander.

Then we cut the following products: leek and tomato. We cut the first into rings, the second into segments.

Now you should mix such ingredients: mussels, leeks, tomatoes and any boiled mushrooms.

Next, you need to make a dressing for our future salad. Just mix soy sauce, chili sauce, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice in one bowl. Garlic should first be passed through a press. The resulting mixture should be poured into a mass with mussels and mix thoroughly.

Spread lettuce on a plate. On them, respectively, put the salad "Breeze". Decorate with herbs.
