Salads are one of the simplest and at the same time original dishes. Cooking a salad is sometimes much easier than it might seem at first glance. It is enough to carefully evaluate the ingredients that are at hand. If you have red pepper and a jar of green peas, then you can surprise your household with a delicious and satisfying salad.

2 small sweet red peppers, parsley, 1 jar of green peas, 1 cup boiled rice, 2 eggs, salt and sugar

Spread the salad is best on a shallow plate. Start cooking salad with pre-cooked rice. On a plate it must be placed in the form of a small slide.

Put green peas on a rice hill (you can use both canned and fresh products). Cook the prepared ingredients immediately with vegetable oil, add a small amount of salt and sugar (to taste). If desired, you can add a little vinegar, this additional ingredient will give the dish a spicy taste.

Wash sweet red pepper in advance, clear of seeds and cut into thin half rings. Peppers should not be mixed with pre-cooked ingredients, but laid out as a decoration. Cut the eggs in half and place in different corners of the plate.
