You will need

  • - grapefruit - 1 pc.;

  • - chicken leg - 1 pc.;

  • - fresh cucumber - 0.5 pcs.:

  • - canned corn - 30 g;

  • - mayonnaise - 3 tbsp;

  • - lettuce - a few pieces, for serving;

  • - a mixture of peppers - 0.5 tsp

Wash the chicken leg, dip in a pan with water and cook for 25-30 minutes, until cooked. Cool the prepared meat and separate it from the bone. Then cut into small pieces.

Prepare a clean cucumber in the form of a thin straw. Remove the corn from the can by draining the water. Put in a bowl, add pieces of chicken, cucumber, mix.

Cook the grapefruit, cut with a sharp knife into two parts. Try to make both parts stable, for this it is best to cut the skin from below. Gently chop the grapefruit pulp from the inside and chop into small pieces. Add the slices to the rest of the products.

Season the salad with mayonnaise and add a mixture of peppers and salt. Serve as follows, put lettuce leaves in grapefruit baskets, then lettuce itself. Garnish with greens if desired.
