- - 10 pieces. young fern shoots (fresh or canned)
- - 6-7 pickled morels
- - 4-5 branches of green onions
- - lemon juice to taste
- - 65 g of walnuts

Steamed fern shoots, you can eat them raw, but for salad you will need steamed or boiled. If you purchased canned goods in the market, use them.

Rinse the potatoes, cut into several parts, boil in salted water. Cool, no need to clean it.

Rinse the onion, dry it with a dry towel and chop finely.

Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Make dressing from olive oil, if you want to add sourness, add a little lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with pine nuts and mix. The salad is ready.
