Cut the salmon into thin strips, it is easier to cut it if you freeze it first.

Cook the eggs, peel and grate on a fine grater.

Finely chop the greens.

Next, unwind the crab sticks and spread them with mayonnaise, not reaching the edge.

Sprinkle a thin layer of eggs, greens, 2 strips of salmon on mayonnaise.

Thoroughly twist the stick into a roll and cut into pieces, about 3 parts.

Place the slice down on a plate and garnish with red caviar.
