  • - liquid honey, vanilla, cinnamon;

Rinse thoroughly. Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Put rice and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked. Add butter and salt.

Beat eggs with sugar and, constantly stirring, pour in a thin stream in hot porridge, add vanillin. Turn off the heat and leave the porridge on the stove under the lid for 10 minutes.

Wash the peach, peel and cut into slices. Lay porridge on portioned plates. Put peach wedges in a serving plate on top of the porridge, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour liquid honey. Optionally, garnish with a sprig of mint.
