Greek rice with spinach and feta is an original appetizer for the holiday table, which will pleasantly surprise your guests.

You will need
- For four servings:
- - chicken broth - 2.5 glasses;
- - one lemon;
- - feta cheese - 1/4 cup;
- - chopped dill - 1/4 cup;
- - chopped parsley - 1/4 cup;
- - a bunch of spinach leaves;
- - a glass of brown basmati rice;
- - two cloves of garlic;
- - one onion;
- - olive oil, salt, ground pepper.
Instruction manual

Warm olive oil in a deep skillet (do not need much, one tablespoon is enough), fry the chopped onion for seven minutes.

Add chopped garlic cloves, fry for a couple more minutes.

Add chopped spinach, cook until soft.

Next send rice, parsley, dill. Pour in chicken stock. Pepper, salt. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, cook for about fifty minutes, until rice is soft.

Remove the frying pan from the stove, add a little lemon juice, sprinkle with feta cheese. Greek appetizer ready, serve!
