Wash the carrots, peel. Cut into small cubes. Wash the tomato and chop randomly. Rinse the cabbage, divide into inflorescences, if desired, divide into smaller pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into the slow cooker, lower the carrot, cabbage and tomato slices. Sprinkle rice on top.

Rice can first be washed, then reduce the amount of water according to the recipe to 1.3 multi-cups. If you are sure that the rice in the package is clean, then you can not wash it. The Japanese believe that washed rice is deprived of vitality.
