Pie with fish can be served on the table for dinner, it is easily digested and quickly cooked.

You will need
- - baking dish;
- For the test:
- - wheat flour 300 g;
- - milk 0.5 cups;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - dry yeast 1 teaspoon;
- - olive oil 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - 0.5 teaspoon salt;
- For filling:
- - fresh salmon 500 g;
- - a mixture of frozen vegetables (eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, onions) 400 g;
- - processed cheese 150 g;
- - garlic 2 cloves;
- - parsley;
- - greens of dill;
- - lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon.

Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add the egg and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, salt to taste and mix well. Pour the flour gradually and knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Form a ball, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough should double.

Separate fish from bones and skin, cut into large pieces and pour lemon juice on it. Set aside for 30 minutes. Sauté the vegetables lightly in a pan with olive oil, without salt and on the slowest fire.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater with garlic. Finely chop the parsley and dill and mix with cheese.

Roll out the dough in a thin layer, leaving a small ball for decoration. In the middle of the layer lay out evenly vegetables and salt a little. Put a layer of a mixture of grated cheese, herbs and garlic on top. Then put the pieces of salmon and season with salt and pepper. Re-place the cheese mixture on the fish. Bend the edges of the dough so that you get a shoe. Put in a baking dish and decorate with stripes of dough.

Grease the pie with yolk and leave for 15-20 minutes. Bake for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees until golden brown.

For the filling, you can use any fish.
