Rinse and dry the greens thoroughly. You can use almost any greens that is at hand and will be to your liking - green onions, arugula, dill, parsley, cilantro, basil. You can tear the greens with your hands or cut them into small pieces with a sharp knife.

Put greens in a double boiler, put a well-peppered and salted piece of fish on the greens. Prepare the fish in advance, get rid of fins, tails, heads, bones and entrails. Clean the surface of the scales and rinse thoroughly in running water.

Steam cooked fish with herbs for 25 minutes. If you cook the dish for longer, then dry the meat. If less, the fish will not be ready. While the meat is cooking, make the sauce. This is done very simply, just mix olive oil with lemon juice. To do this, take two tablespoons of olive oil and one teaspoon of lemon juice and mix them in a small bowl with a fork.

Put chopped clean greens on a plate, place a piece of fish steamed with herbs on top of it, and pour over the dish with prepared and at the same time very simple sauce. Serve the fish as a stand-alone dish or with a side dish of rice and a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, parsley and dill.
