Try making a light and delicious Italian caprese salad. There are many recipes for its preparation. One of them is with cherry tomatoes. To prepare a caprese, take:

- 500 g of cherry tomatoes;

- 200 g mozzarella cheese;

- a small bunch of basil;

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;

- dried Italian herbs.

Prepare the tomatoes and herbs. Wash the cherry under a stream of cold water and cut in half. Rinse the basil, shake it from the water and tear off the leaves. Remove the mozzarella from the brine and place on a plate. If you use regular sized cheese to make caprese, then you need to cut it into small pieces equal in size to the cherry tomatoes. But you can use mini-mazarella, in this case it is enough to put the balls on a plate.

Between the slices of cheese spread the halves of tomatoes, on top - basil leaves. Sprinkle the salad with high-quality cold-pressed olive oil and sprinkle with dry herbs.

Easy to prepare, but hearty and fragrant cherry tomato salad is prepared in Bulgaria. To prepare this snack you will need:

- 10-12 pieces of cherry;

- 1 fresh medium-sized cucumber;

- 4 pieces of sweet bell pepper;

- 3 cloves of garlic;

- 200 g of feta cheese.

- 100 g of sour cream.

Crush the feta cheese with your hands. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the cheese. Mix the mass thoroughly.

Leave the crushed garlic cheese for a few minutes at room temperature so that the feta cheese is saturated with the garlic flavor.

Put whole tomatoes in a deep salad bowl. Peel the seeds and cut into large circles or half rings. Dice the cucumber. Add vegetables to the tomatoes, put the feta cheese with garlic and season with sour cream. Salting is not necessary, as feta cheese will give the dish the necessary salty taste.

Instead of sour cream for salad dressing with feta cheese, you can take yogurt without additives.

Cherry tomato and mustard salad should be cooked long enough, but the result is an excellent appetizer with excellent taste, which can even be served at the festive table. To prepare it, take:

- 1 kg of cherry tomatoes;

- 50 g of peeled walnut.

For refueling you will need:

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard;

- 100 ml of walnut oil;

- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar;

- a bunch of tarragon.

Peel the tomatoes. To ease your task, cut each fruit at the base crosswise, then dip the tomatoes in boiling water for just a few minutes. When the peel on the tomatoes bursts, remove them and immediately lower them into cold water. It will now be easier to remove the peel. Put the peeled tomatoes in a deep salad bowl.

Prepare a dressing. To do this, tear the tarragon leaves from the stem and chop them. Mix Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar, whisk the mixture slightly. Salt the mass and season with black ground pepper if desired. Without ceasing to beat, add oil and greens.

Dress with water the peeled cherry tomatoes and mix gently so as not to crush the delicate tomatoes. Grind walnut kernels into crumbs and sprinkle salad on them.
