Cucumber Salad

You will need:

- cucumbers - 3-4 pcs.;

- chicken eggs - 2-3 pcs.;

- soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp;

- rice vinegar - 1 tsp;

- olive oil - 2-3 tbsp;

- green onions;

- ground black pepper.

Boil soft-boiled eggs, cool in cold water and carefully clean. Wash the cucumbers, peel and cut into strips. Chop the green onions finely. In a cup, mix soy sauce, olive oil, rice vinegar, a pinch of black pepper. Put cucumbers on a plate with a slide, make a small depression in the center.
