Mix sugar, cottage cheese, egg, soda in a bowl. Pour the flour and knead the dough with your hands. Leave it at room temperature for 20 minutes. Insert the curd balls one at a time in the heated vegetable oil. They should not stick to the bottom of the dishes.

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, mash with a fork, lay eggs, salt, sugar, flour and mix. Wash the apricots and cut into 2 halves. Remove the bones, cut the pulp into pieces of 1.5-2 cm in size. Sprinkle flour on the plate, spread a portion of cottage cheese with a tablespoon, put a little filling in the middle. Form a ball, while the apricots should be in the middle.

Pour the vegetable oil into a deep skillet, heat it to a boil and fry the balls for 5 minutes. Put them on a plate covered with a paper towel, or on a sieve. When the oil drains, transfer them to a dish.

Fried curd balls can be made unsweetened. They can be served as snacks. You will need:

- eggs - 2 pcs.;

- cottage cheese - 250 g;

- Parmesan cheese - 40 g;

- flour - 120 g;

- salt - 0.5 tsp;

- greens - to taste;

- oil rust. (for deep fat).

Pound cottage cheese with eggs, salt. Grate the cheese, put it in the curd, pour in the flour mixed with the baking powder. Add finely chopped greens. Knead the dough and form small balls. Pour the vegetable oil into a deep fat fryer or deep frying pan, heat it to a boil and lower the balls one at a time. Fry them until golden brown, and then put them on a paper towel or sieve.

Serve unsweetened curd balls to the table slightly cooled.

To make fried cheese-curd balls you will need:

- egg - 2 pcs.;

- cottage cheese - 400 g;

- flour - 100 g;

- cheese - 200 g;

- breadcrumbs - 50 g;

- rast. oil.

- salt;

- pepper.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix cottage cheese with eggs, salt, pepper, flour. Combine with cheese and knead the dough. Blind small balls, roll each of them in breadcrumbs and fry in a large amount of warmed vegetable oil until golden brown. Serve the finished dish with stewed or fresh vegetables.
