Haroset is a dish of Jewish cuisine. It is traditionally cooked on Passover. Walnut kernels also grate on a fine grater. You can grind them with a blender, but it is better if you get separate low-fat flakes, and this is only possible with manual processing of fruits.

Mix apples and nuts, add so much honey to make the mass thick and viscous. Jews, according to the Easter Seder, dip bitter greens in a sweet apple mass.

Sprinkle cinnamon over the dish to taste. You can do without this spice, charoset and so tasty and aromatic.
