To prepare a side dish you will need a frying pan with high sides. Pour a little vegetable oil into it and fry the onion with garlic on it for 3-5 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue to fry all together for about 5 minutes.

Buckwheat should be washed in cold water and pour into a pan. Pour two glasses of boiling water there. Measure the water with the same glass as buckwheat, so that the correct ratio is obtained. Add a little pepper, salt, mix and leave the dish to stew until the buckwheat is ready, all the water should boil. Porridge with mushrooms will be ready in 15-20 minutes.
