Avocado - 2 pieces, lemon - 1 piece, canned pineapple - 200 g, shrimp - 150 g, celery, lettuce, salt.

We peel the avocado from the skin, cut it in half, take out the bone, finely chop the pulp of the fruit. Drain the water from the jar with pineapples, cut the pineapples into small pieces. We also deal with celery - the smaller the slices, the better.

Boil the shrimp in salted water for 5 minutes. We drain the water, cool the shrimp. Mix in one plate the pulp of avocado, slices of pineapple and celery, shrimp. Salt, pour everything with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
