And although the tea leaf is a relatively new ingredient in cooking, it has a great future, because with its help unique flavor combinations are created.

You will need
- - beef ribs 1 kg;
- - bow 2 pcs;
- - garlic 4 tooth;
- - black tea (tea leaves) 2.5 tbsp;
- - soy sauce 70-80 ml;
- - sugar 50 g;
- - butter 50 g;

Pour tea leaves with 500 ml of boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. Then strain, add soy sauce, chopped garlic, sugar, and cloves.

Cut the ribs on the bones, put in a large pot and fill with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Transfer the ribs to the marinade, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator overnight.

Lay the ribs on a deep baking sheet. Add 0.5 cups of marinade. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours at 170 ° C. Then remove the foil and cook by pouring the allocated juice for 45 minutes.

For the sauce, chop the onions coarsely and put in a saucepan, preheated with butter. Fry until transparent. Then sprinkle with the remaining sugar, increase the heat and cook until the onion is golden brown. Pour the remaining marinade and simmer for 4 minutes. Beat the prepared sauce in a blender.

Pour the ribs over the sauce and return to the oven for 5 minutes. Garnish with greens when serving.
