Instruction manual

1

Soak 10 grams of gelatin in a glass of cold water, let it swell. Four tablespoons of sugar mixed with cocoa powder. Once the gelatin is infused, combine it with the cocoa sugar mixture. Heat this mass, but do not boil.

2

A cake mold, preferably silicone, grease with butter, pour the dissolved gelatin mixture into it. Then put the workpiece in the cold, to harden, for 20-25 minutes.

3

Pour the rest of the gelatin with milk, stir, leave for 20-30 minutes. Using a blender, beat cheese, cream, sour cream and sugar in a separate container. The whipped mass should have a thick consistency.

4

Warm up the swollen gelatin until dissolved, pour it into the milk mass. Keep working with the mixer at this time. After thoroughly mixing, leave the mass for 7-10 minutes.

5

Remove the chocolate layer from the refrigerator. Spread an even white layer on top, reinstall in the refrigerator for solidification.

6

Turn the finished cake onto the cooked dish. Remove form from it carefully. Cut the product into portions, serve to the table.
