Useful advice

If you fry a portion of onions and carrots, the soup will be tastier. To do this, cut the onions into half rings, grate the carrots and fry the vegetables in vegetable oil (the onion should turn golden). Dip the fry in the soup after the meatballs pop up.

By the way, if you have only dried herbs, it should be lowered into a pot with soup for about 10 minutes before the dish is ready. If desired, you can replace the minced pork with chicken, then the soup will be more dietary.
