Baked pollock under cheese crust

To prepare this dish, you will need:

- 1 kg fillet of pollock;

- 2 large onions;

- 200 g of hard cheese;

- 1 tsp finished mustard;

- 200 g sour cream;

- 0.5 tsp sunflower oil;

- salt to taste;

- ground pepper to taste.

Cut the fish into portions, salt and pepper them. Onions cut into thin half rings. Combine the sour cream with mustard and stir well.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put onions on it, then fillet of pollock. Pour the fish with mustard-sour cream sauce and place in the oven heated to 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Then take out the form and sprinkle the fish with grated cheese, put to bake for another 10 minutes. Baked pollock goes well with young boiled potatoes and a salad of fresh vegetables.

Braised pollock with sour cream

To cook stewed fish you will need such products:

- 1 small carrot;

- 500 g pollock;

- 2 medium onions;

- 0.5 dry thyme herbs;

- salt to taste;

- 2 tbsp. l sour cream;

- vegetable oil for frying;

- 2 tbsp. l flour.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onions in half rings. Divide the pollock into pieces, roll them in flour and fry until crusted in heated vegetable oil. Put the fish on a plate, and brown the vegetables in the remaining oil.

Remove the bones from the cooled fish and transfer it to a pan with vegetables, sprinkle with seasoning and keep on low heat for 5-7 minutes. After that pour the sour cream, bring the contents of the pan to a boil and simmer the pollock for another 5 minutes. Serve the dish with crumbly boiled rice or potatoes, garnished with sprigs of greens.

Pollock with onion in the oven

Alaska pollock goes well with onions, to cook it this way, take the following ingredients:

- 4 large onions;

- 1 kg of fish fillet;

- 3 tbsp. l flour;

- 3 tbsp. l oily sour cream;

- a bunch of dill;

- vegetable oil;

- salt to taste;

- ground pepper to taste.

Cut the fillet into large pieces, pepper and salt, roll in flour, then fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove the fish from the pan, and on the remaining oil, lightly brown the onion cut into thin rings.

Put the pollock fillet in a baking dish, lay the fried onions on top. Using a pastry syringe over the onion, apply a thick sour cream in the form of a net. Place the fish in the oven for 10 minutes to bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with finely chopped dill.
