You will need:

500 grams of minced meat (beef or pork, you can both of them in a ratio of 1: 1);

1/3 long loaf without peel;

3 cloves of garlic;

2 eggs, dill, salt, pepper to taste;

multi-colored bell pepper;

1 large onion;

1 large tomato;

100 grams of hard cheese;

mayonnaise, ketchup.

Soak the bread in water. Cut onion and tomato into thin circles, and pepper - rings 0.5 cm thick. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Put the minced meat in a deep bowl, add the soaked and squeezed bread, 2 eggs, chopped garlic and dill, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and form round cakes (about 12 pieces), 1 cm thick. Put cakes on a greased baking sheet, drip ketchup on each cake and spread over the entire surface. Then put a circle of onions, grease it with mayonnaise, on top - a circle of tomatoes and also grease with mayonnaise. Press a little ring of pepper around the filling, crush everything a little, sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in a preheated oven, bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
