The name "Bouquet of Roses" was given to the festive salad with pancakes and beets for a reason - it actually resembles these luxurious flowers. The dish looks unusual, solemn, immediately attracts the attention of all guests. “Olivier” and “Fur coat” next to such a “neighbor” immediately fade into the background. Not without reason, for many housewives, refreshment after the first time becomes corona. It’s easy to make a bouquet of roses at home, but you’ll have to tinker a bit. However, the recipe is worth it. It is better to bake pancakes in advance, so cooking time will be significantly reduced.

You will need

  • - 3 boiled potatoes;

  • - 2 boiled chicken eggs;

  • - 100 g smoked sausage or salami;

  • - 150 g of pickled champignons;

  • - 3 small boiled beets;

  • - 2-3 cloves of garlic;

  • - 5 unsweetened pancakes;

  • - mayonnaise for dressing;

  • - several branches of parsley for decoration;

  • - 7-8 lettuce leaves;

  • - salt;

  • - a round plate with a diameter of 25-30 cm.

Peel boiled potatoes in their skins, grate in a dish on a coarse grater. It is advisable to cool it before this, so the slices will not stick together, will not become a homogeneous mass.

Peel the boiled eggs, grate separately in a bowl on a medium grater.

Open a jar of pickled mushrooms, pour the liquid into the sink. Finely chop the mushrooms with a knife.

Peel the sausage or salami from the shell, cut into small cubes or thin strips.

2 boiled beets grate. The third is to grate in a separate bowl or chop with a blender.

In coarsely grated beets add chopped cloves of garlic, a little salt and mayonnaise. Stir, set aside until the assembly of the holiday salad.

Lubricate prepared chilled pancakes individually with gruel from finely grated beets, slightly salting it. Apply a very thin layer, spreading it evenly with a spoon. This procedure will allow you to color the pancakes in hot pink or red, so that after cutting they resemble roses.

Fold all pancakes with a tube, cut into pieces 2 cm long. You will get beautiful roses. They must be transferred to a tray, left to decorate the top of the salad.

Start assembly. Spread all prepared ingredients in layers so that you end up with a sloping hill. At the bottom of the plate lay out washed and dried salad leaves. Put a layer of grated potatoes, grease with mayonnaise. Lightly salt.

Put the cut mushrooms, apply the mayonnaise mesh again.

Form the third layer from grated eggs, cover them with mayonnaise.
