Instruction manual
1
Pour warm water into the cup, add the egg and salt. Constantly stir, gently pour flour. Knead the dough. It should turn out to be cool, but at the same time tender and elastic.
2
Pork, beef, onions and garlic through a meat grinder. We mix everything. Add salt, pepper to taste and a little milk.
3
From the dough we roll out a large pancake with a thickness of about 2-3 millimeters. Cut out the circles. To do this, you can use a glass, periodically lower the edges into flour so that the dough does not stick.
4
On a circle of dough, put about 1 tbsp. l minced meat, pinch the edges, leave a small hole in the middle.
5
It remains to put the posture. Do not forget to brush the bottoms of the poses with oil and put in a boiling posture for 15 minutes. Cook over medium heat. Bon Appetit)
note
If you are going to cook frozen poses, then it is better to lay a plastic bag on the ass, and already lay the poses on top. Oil does not need to be lubricated. Cooking time for frozen poses: 23-25min.
