- - 200 grams of beef;
- - 2 medium carrots;
- - 2 medium onions;
- - 1 bunch of cilantro;
- - 1 bunch of parsley;
- - 1 bunch of dill;

- - 3 eggs;
- - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - salt pepper.

Hard-boiled eggs, allow to cool and knead with a fork in large crumbs. Wash parsley, dill, basil, then dry and finely chop all the greens. Set aside.

Wash pork and beef. Then dry the meat and cut into small pieces. Peel onions and carrots, finely cut into half rings.

Thoroughly heat the pan, add vegetable oil and fry the meat over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. Then add carrots and onions to the meat. Cook together for another 10 minutes.

Transfer the meat, onions and carrots from the pan to the pan. Pour 1 liter of water and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

After 40 minutes, add chicken eggs and finely chopped greens to the soup. Cover the soup and let it brew. Portuguese green soup is ready.
