Cooking dough. In warm water, dilute 1 tbsp. l sugar and add yeast. Stir, leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes (until the mixture begins to ferment). Then add the remaining sugar, 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, salt, cinnamon. Shuffle. Slowly pour flour into the liquid and knead the dough. The dough should turn out very soft and not dense. Put the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.

Wash the apples, peel and core. Cut each apple into 2 cm slices. Sprinkle the apple slices with lemon juice.

Dip a piece of apple into the dough so that it covers the entire piece. Fry donuts in vegetable oil quickly on both sides. Put the finished donuts on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle the cooled donuts with powdered sugar. The dish is ready.
Useful advice
Donuts can be deep-fried, then they will have a traditional donut shape. Donuts can be served with ice cream or fruit. An apple can be replaced with peach halves or pineapple slices.
