You will need

- - dry yeast 16 g;
- - water 2 tbsp;
- - salt 1 tsp;
- - sugar 1 tbsp;
- - vegetable oil for frying 0.5 l

Bring the water to a boil, cool slightly and combine with yeast. Add salt, sugar and butter. Stir and add flour. Knead with a mixer for 6 minutes. Cover the dough with foil and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Separate a small piece of dough with a spoon dipped in ice water. Using another spoon, give the piece a round shape and send it to boiling oil. Repeat with the remaining dough.

Turn over, fry the donuts until golden brown. Then put it on a paper towel to stack excess fat. Pour with warmed honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped nuts.
