But do not heedlessly listen to the recommendations on water consumption, which I publish in glossy magazines. Often such recommendations are too unambiguous, persistent, and yet each organism has its own nuances. For example, the average required amount of water for a person per day is defined as 30-40 ml per kilogram of body weight, but thirst is the main indicator of the need to drink. Just listen to your own body and do not go to extremes.
