First, we make yeast dough. We take warm milk, dissolve the yeast in it and set it to stand for 15-20 minutes. Then add the yeast, eggs, salt, a little sugar to the flour and knead the dough. We cover it with a napkin or towel and put it in a warm place to insist.

We divide the dough into two parts, one of which is left for decoration, and the other is rolled into a layer with a thickness of about 1.5-2 cm and put on a frying pan pre-greased with butter.

Put the sliced peaches on the surface of the formation so that one slice lies on top of the other.

Then we roll the remaining dough into a thin layer and cut it into strips 2 cm thick. On the strips on both sides we make notches and decorate the pie in a circle with them.

Grease the finished cake with whipped yolk and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.
