Instruction manual

1

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Defrost the dough, roll it out lightly on a floured surface and cut a circle 2 cm more than the diameter of the baking dish. Put the dough in a lined form, form the sides and put in the oven for 6-8 minutes, so that the dough rises a little.

Wash, dry, apricots, divide into two parts and remove the seeds. Half the apricots cut in half, and finely chop the other half apricots into cubes.

3

Combine and beat the cottage cheese in a blender with cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. Gently mix the apricots into cubes and mix. Put the curd and apricot mass on the dough, smooth it with a silicone spatula and bake for about 15 minutes.

4

Then put the quarters of apricots on top, gently squeeze them into the curd and apricot mass, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and cinnamon, bake for about 15 minutes. Serve the cake warm with garnish with almond petals and mint leaves.
