Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sized potato tubers;

  • 1 chicken egg;

  • 100 g of hard cheese;

  • frozen corn;

  • tomato ketchup;

  • salt;

  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour;

  • 100 g balyk;

  • olives;

  • frozen asparagus;

  • sunflower oil (preferably odorless).

Cooking:

  1. The first thing you should do is make potato dough. Wash potato tubers thoroughly and put them in a saucepan without peeling. Pour water into a saucepan, and place it on a hot stove. Cook the potatoes until fully cooked. After that, it is taken out of the water and slightly cooled. Then remove the peel from the tubers and grind them with a coarse grater.

  2. In the resulting potato mass, you need to break the egg, add salt, as well as flour. After this, you need to thoroughly knead this "dough".

  3. Pour in a pan not a very large amount of sunflower oil and place it on a hot stove. When the oil is heated, you need to spoon the potato mass into a pan and level it so that it looks like a cake.

  4. When the resulting cake is browned on one side, it should be turned over to the other, but this must be done very carefully. This is best done using a large flat plate. Just gently turn the pan over this plate so that the tortilla falls out. After this, place the tortilla again in the pan removed from the heat, the side you need.

  5. The browned side of the cake should be coated with tomato ketchup, and then place the filling on its surface in layers. The first layer will consist of a balyk cut into thin cubes. Then corn is evenly sprinkled. Then everything is sprinkled with cheese pre-ground on a grater and decorated with olives cut in half and, if desired, greens.

  6. After the pizza is formed, it should again be placed on the stove. Reduce the fire to the minimum. After the cheese has melted, you can remove the frying pan from the stove and cut the pizza into portions.
