Cooking the dough. Beat 50 g butter with sugar. In a whipped mass, add 3 tbsp. tablespoons of milk, coconut, vanilla sugar, sifted flour with baking powder and knead the dough. Roll out a layer, about 1 cm thick. Cut a circle of dough with a glass. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment, press lightly with a fork on top.

Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. The color of the cookie should turn golden.
