Take a saucepan with a thick bottom, put in it butter and brown sugar, put on low heat. Add sesame seeds, cook until golden brown, stirring so that the butter is completely melted and the sugar is dissolved in it.

As soon as the mass in the saucepan becomes homogeneous and pleasant golden color, pour in 4 tablespoons of brandy.

Separately, mix the sifted flour with a baking powder for the dough, add vanillin to taste (it is only needed to give the finished baking flavor). Send the flour mixture to the pan, mix immediately and remove from the stove.

Cool slightly and beat in one chicken egg. You can’t immediately beat an egg into a hot mass - it will curl up!

From the resulting test, blind about 24 balls. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the balls of dough on it at a distance from each other. Give the balls a more flat shape - you can crush them with a fork, then they will turn out with patterned stripes.
