  • - a pinch of cinnamon;

  • - 1 teaspoon of vanillin;

  • - a pinch of salt;

  • - 0.5 tsp of baking soda;

Make light dough.

Sift flour, mix with soda, salt and cinnamon, add butter to the mixture and mix until fine crumbs.

Then put honey, sugar and yolk.

Knead the dough well, wrap it in plastic and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Make a chocolate dough: mix the millet flour with soda, cocoa, salt and cinnamon. Add butter, mix well.

Pour in regular and vanilla sugar, then beat the beaten egg and knead well. Wrapped the dough in a film, place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll half of the chocolate dough into a rectangle - 4 * 28 cm, thickness - 1 cm.

Also do half the light dough.

Cut 2 rectangles from the dough into 7 thin strips and add them, alternating in color, into a layer.

Roll the sausage with a diameter of 2 cm and a length of 28 cm from the remaining light dough.

Put on top of a striped layer, wrap the edges so that inside is a sausage made of light dough.
