  • Sea salt - 1 tsp;

  • Brown sugar - 4 tbsp.

  • Olive oil - 120 ml;

  • Icy water - 240 ml.

  • Filling:

  • Berries (e.g. strawberries) - to taste;

  • Olive oil - to lubricate the dough;

  • Sugar or honey to taste.

Cooking the dough. To do this, combine flour, sugar, salt and olive oil in a combine. All this should turn into crumbs. Then add water a little bit: the dough should begin to gather in a lump. We take it out of the combine and knead it thoroughly with our hands. Divided into 4 parts, each rolled into a circle about 3 mm thick, put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and sent to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

At this time, we cut the strawberries for the filling into slices and set the oven to heat up 180 degrees.

We take out the dough from the refrigerator. We spread berries on each circle, leaving 1.5 cm from the edges. Sprinkle them with sugar or pour honey. Carefully wrap the edges up and pinch. Grease with olive oil.
