You will need

  • For 1 serving:

  • Dry paste - 120 g;

  • Chicken leg - 1 pc.;

  • Olive oil for frying chicken;

  • Soy sauce - 3/4 tablespoon;

  • Honey - 1 tbsp (less possible if soy sauce is sweet);

  • Garlic - 1/2 cloves;

  • Black pepper to taste.

We clean the meat from the bones and cut into pieces. In a deep frying pan, heat the butter, spread the chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Then add honey and soy sauce, pepper, add the grated garlic and bring to readiness.

Boil the paste in salted water for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package. Discard in a colander, but keep 50 ml of water in which the paste was boiled.

Put the pasta in the sauce, add the broth and keep on fire for about three more minutes. Spread in heated plates and serve immediately. Bon Appetit!

Useful advice

You can do with any kind of pasta, but preferably with "feathers", "bows" or "spirals".
