You will need

  • - 600 g of meat (pork or beef) without veins

  • - 120 g of fat (thin slices)

  • - 120 g ham

  • - 250 g of the liver

  • - 1 chopped onion

  • - 3 eggs

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour

  • - 4 cloves of garlic

  • - 3 tbsp. spoon of soy sauce

  • - 2 tbsp. a spoonful of butter

  • - salt pepper

Instruction manual

1

Cut the pork, lard and ham into small cubes. Grind the liver in a blender, then mix the liver, meat and onions until smooth, add eggs, flour and all other ingredients except butter.

2

Put the mold in the frying container, pre-lubricating it with butter, fill it with half water, cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours. Cool the mold, refrigerate for 5 hours.

3

The paste will look most attractive if you bake it in a porcelain dish, and when ready, put something heavy on the form. To taste, you can season the paste with your favorite sauce, for example, on the basis of tomatoes in combination with adjika and bell pepper, finely chopped in a vegetable cutter and cooked over low heat.
