You will need
- - 400 g meat of beef or veal;
- - salt, black peppercorns and bay leaf - to taste.
- For the sauce:
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 50 g of butter;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream;
- - juice of 1/2 lemon;
- - 200 g fresh or canned spinach.

Boil the meat until tender, adding salt, bay leaf and black pepper peas. Cool and cut into portions.

Make the sauce. Heat the flour in a pan, add the butter and mix well. Pour the cream, lemon juice, add spinach, mix well and let it boil for 5 minutes.

Serve the dish to the table, pouring sauce and garnishing with greens. For garnish, serve boiled potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers.
