Prepare the dough by placing all the ingredients in a mixer with a hook attachment and mix well until a uniform mass is obtained. Mix spinach with ricotta, add parmesan, egg, salt and pepper. Shuffle everything thoroughly.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each to make two circles with a diameter of 30 cm. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs the first circle (base) in the places where the filling is placed, so that the dough does not "get sour".
