For 4 servings you will need:

  • onion - 1 pc.
  • green bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • red bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • ham - 200 g
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • eggs - 8 pcs.
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • 200 g hard cheese
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking method:

  1. First, make a gas station. We clean the onions and sweet peppers, cut into small cubes.
  2. In a small saucepan, mix the butter and vegetable oil, heat until the butter dissolves. Pour onion and pepper there, salt and cook for three minutes with constant stirring.
  3. We cut the ham into small cubes and add to the stewpan to the vegetables. Passing another 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, while the gas station cools down, take care of the omelette itself.
