  • Large eggs - 2 pcs;

  • Icing sugar - 100 g;

  • Almonds - 15 nuts;

  • Sour cream - 150 g.

Sauce Ingredients:

  • Water - 50 g;

  • Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp;

  • Kiwi - 2 pcs.

  • For registration, take mint leaves and thin mugs of lemon.

Cooking:

  1. To prepare a chilled lemon pie, it is necessary to process its main ingredient - lemon. Rinse it thoroughly, grate the zest and squeeze the juice to the last drop.

  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Squirrels set aside. Then whip the thick cream with a blender. Beat sugar with egg yolks until fluffy. Put in a mixture of fine grated lemon zest and pour in the whole lemon juice. Beat the resulting mass again thoroughly. Then add sour cream and whipped cream to this mixture.

  3. Take egg whites, beat them until elastic peaks form. Mix egg whites very carefully into the mixture. Add peeled and very finely ground almond kernels.

  4. Take a mold with an adjustable bottom for baking and pour it with ice water. Transfer the prepared lemon mixture into this form. Put everything in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

  5. While the lemon pie mixture is frozen, you need to prepare the sauce. To do this, cut the flesh from kiwi. Mix water and sugar and boil for several minutes. Add the kiwi pulp to sugar water. Remove the cooked sauce from the heat and cool thoroughly.

  6. Once the cake and sauce have cooled, they can be served. Garnish with mint leaves and thin lemon rings.
